We are glad you picked Herazgo. These are the general terms for using
our products and services. In shape, they look like any other digital
business's terms, but they are written with one goal in mind: keeping
both sides' interests safe.
General terms
By signing up for Herazgo, as a customer using either the free tier or
the commercial one, you accept every term in this agreement.
The terms of this agreement may change at any time and without prior
notice, but Herazgo commits to keeping you informed after any change.
These terms take effect the moment you click "I agree" or "I accept"
(or anything similar). Accepting them does not require signing any
physical document or meeting anyone in person.
- Wherever this agreement says "we", it covers all Herazgo products and
services; "you" covers anyone using those products or services,
including other members of their organization, team, or group.
- The terms of using Herazgo services are drafted under the current laws
of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Whatever counts as a violation or a
crime under those laws applies to the use of our services as well.
- You confirm that every piece of information you provide us, including
your email, contact details, and identity information, is real,
accurate, and correct. You also commit to updating it as soon as
possible if it ever changes.
- You agree not to upload any content, including text, images, videos,
graphics, or documents, that you are not allowed to use, or that
breaks the law or public decency, in our products or services.
Prohibited content includes anything that:
- Is illegal or promotes an illegal act.
- Defames, harasses, abuses, threatens, or violates the rights of any
specific person or group.
- Distributes or spreads any kind of virus, trojan, worm, malware, or
other harmful code that could damage, limit, or interfere with our
or any third party's communication equipment, hardware, or software.
- Infringes the material or intellectual rights of us or of any other
person, brand, or company.
- Violates the privacy of any other legal or natural person.
- Contains racist or sexual insults.
Subscription cancellation and refunds
- Your account stays active for as long as you keep it, unless you
cancel it yourself, or we do so because you breached these terms.
- If you are a paying customer, the next period's fee must be paid
before the current period ends. Otherwise, the data that depends on
our commercial features will be deleted after 15 days.
- You can cancel your commercial subscription at any time. You do not
owe us an explanation, and we try to keep the process simple and
accessible.
- If we find any mismatch in the identity or contact information you
provided when purchasing (or later changed), refunds are put on hold
until the new details are verified.
- Commercial subscriptions are at least 30 days long, so refunds do
not cover past 30-day periods. For example, with a 90-day
subscription cancelled after 41 days, the remaining 60 days are
refunded.
Limitation of liability
We are not committed to resolving any dispute between you and other
users arising from, or in connection with, our products or services.
We take no responsibility for any content that infringes the material
or intellectual rights of another person or company, or that breaks
the law.
We take no responsibility for the outcome you get from using our
services. There is no promise about how our products or services get
used, or what comes out of it.
