What kind of information we collect about you
We collect the information you hand to us directly, along with what becomes available through other tools. That information includes the following.
We collect the information you enter when purchasing a subscription, contacting us, or filling in any form while using our products or services.
We collect and keep the history of the information you change, such as profile details (name, email, date of birth, phone number, and so on), photos, and the content you enter to use our products or services.
How we use the information we collect
The information we collect from you covers your preferences, the way you interact with us, and the tools you use, and each of them has a reason behind it. Here is why we collect them.
We are always looking for new ways to build products that are smarter, faster, more integrated, more secure, and more useful. We use what we learn from your feedback and how you use our products to solve problems, spot trends, understand behavior patterns, and discover new needs while developing new products.
We use contact information such as your email or mobile number to send emails or texts about things that concern you and us: financial transactions, purchase confirmations, service incidents, answers to your questions, support, changes, and alerts.
We use contact details such as your email to introduce the new services and products we build, based on your taste and preferences.
We use what we learn while you use the product to detect suspicious, harmful, malicious, or privacy-invading behavior, whether aimed at you, others, or us.
Where legal authorities require it, we use your information to handle judicial and legal matters, complaints, dispute resolution, supervision, audits, or to disclose unlawful activity.
If something is not listed above, we only use your information with your permission. For example, we will never share your information with any commercial organization for advertising purposes, or to sell you something, without your consent.
How we share the information we collect
We build products and services that can integrate with other services. We never hand any information to anyone for commercial or marketing purposes. But on the path to improving our services, we do share some of it, and we explain what below.
You may create content that contains information about yourself and make it copyable, editable, or downloadable for your collaborators or managers. Some interactive features are designed exactly for that: for example, when you share a persona with others, we also show details like your profile photo, name, and contact channels alongside it.
Search engines and social networks get access to your public information, such as your name, photo, or anything else you have marked as public, when they crawl our website or when a page related to you is shared.
How we keep the information we collect secure
Everything we store on your browser or in our own databases is encrypted. Information such as your password goes through one-way hashing algorithms. All of our services run on SSL to keep the risk of exposure during data transfer as low as possible. That said, no system can promise that data is absolutely unreachable, and we cannot guarantee its security without exception.
Your rights
The right to be informed. We will keep you up to date on anything that concerns your privacy, including everything covered in this agreement.
The right to access and control. We will provide everything you need to stay in full control of your data, so you can view or change it whenever you want.
The right to erasure. We give you the fastest possible path (a few clicks) to delete anything that has been collected about you.
The right to object. You can object to any part of our data processing and ask for clarification or a review. Please raise these matters with us directly.
The right to withdraw. Wherever we have asked your permission to use your information, you can take that permission back at any time and ask us to stop the process.
Other privacy-related notes
Some of our services or products are designed to be used by organizations with changing members. In these organizations, one of the users often holds a managerial, supervisory role. We cannot influence the permissions such managers will have, or the choices they make with them.
Even if you are not an organization member, whenever you share information with someone who is not a user of our service and give them edit access, the changes they make are recorded under your name, as if you had made them yourself.
We do not offer our services directly to anyone under 16, so we do not collect any information from people under that age. If we ever find out that such information has reached us, we delete it immediately. If you notice information from anyone under 16 being shared, please let us know; it is a kindness to children's privacy.
We occasionally make changes to these policies. Whenever that happens, we will let you know by placing a notice on the main pages of our website and products, or by sending you an email.
If you disagree with our privacy policy, you should stop using our products immediately and delete your account.
